Hudson Talent Management has recently partnered with a Government Organisation as they embark on significant organisational change and modernisation, in line with their Strategic Plan. This will ultimately result in a new streamlined and standardised operating model and will require Hudson to provide transition services to support individuals affected as a result of the new vision.
The Hudson Talent Management team has designed a flexible suite of change and transition services for affected employees across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
These services will include a combination of individual career transition coaching and guidance as well as delivery of change and resilience workshops.
What are we looking for?
In response to the immediate needs of the Government Organisation, we are looking to grow our core group of specialised regional coaches.
Full induction, workshop and content materials will be provided, along with ongoing support, training and competitive rates.
