Student Membership is available to individuals undertaking career development studies toward the status of Associate Member or Professional Member, usually with the objective of undertaking professional employment or establishing their own professional business within the career development arena.
Student Membership subscription fees are differentiated for full-time students and those people who are working and studying in a part-time capacity.
CDAA will seek evidence annually of ongoing studies in the career development discipline and whether the study is full or part time in order for Student Members to retain that category of membership.
Conditions of Membership Application:
- Members of the CDAA agree to uphold the CDAA Code of Ethics
- Members of the CDAA agree to abide by the Professional Standards for Australian Career Practitioners.
- When the application and supporting evidence demonstrates the Student Membership criteria, the National Membership Committee will approve the application.
- A Student Membership applicant once approved must pay the membership category fee, or agreement must be reached regarding invoicing, prior to the new membership being activated.
