Join CDAA and CDANZ for our webinar presented by organisational psychologist Trisha Carter on working with clients from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
Trisha Carter is an organisational psychologist and executive coach specialising in cross-cultural programmes for corporates, expats and business travellers. Trisha will share her top tips for career practitioners on recognising and respecting diversity, and conducting career development in culturally sensitive ways.
A panel discussion will then follow where career professionals will reflect on their own experiences working with diverse, international client groups. Panelists include:

- Yolanda Li – Career Development Practitioner and Employability Coach working with communities in New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region
