Join us for our March Career Conversation to discuss Intergenerational Workforce & Community.

Intergenerational communities promote interaction and cooperation between individuals of different ages and focus on the needs of all residents, especially children and older adults. Intergenerational interactions are also being increasingly recognised as important to health and wellbeing across the lifespan.

Join in the discussion on what intergenerational trends you (or your clients) are seeing or experiencing within work and community – as well as what you see needs to evolve in the provision of age diversity and inclusion. 

This session will be facilitated by Dr Jennifer Luke and will be suitable for all practitioners. Jennifer is the CDAA Qld Division President and Research Fellow (Wellbeing & Employability) at the University of Southern Queensland’s Drought Resilience and Innovation Hub.
