Presenter Biography

Amy is an experienced commercial lawyer with a keen interest in intellectual property. She has a broad range of capabilities having advised people on taxation issues, assisted with structuring for start-ups and small businesses and provided guidance to a number of not-for-profit (NFP) clients.

In the intellectual property space, Amy assists clients with trade mark registrations, both in Australia and internationally, and has been involved in negotiating disputes of copyright and trade mark infringements, including dealing with copyright issues in the area of career development. She has an interest in copyright in the context of the social media age.

Amy works for DW Fox Tucker Lawyers, a mid-size Adelaide based firm with a broad service offering. DW Fox Tucker has specialist lawyers in all manner of fields, from Family Law to large corporate take-over transactions.
