They also explore other ethical considerations when working with both domestic and international clients.

The Panellists:

- Kate Brinsmead is a Career Practitioner with extensive experience within the tertiary education sector, formally of Southern Cross University, Kate accepted a position with the University of Tasmania a year ago as Careers and Leadership Education Advisor. This role sees Kate delivering workshops, face to face counselling, and developing resources. Her student cohort is diverse and rewarding in equal parts.

- Greg Calvert has had a background in education and training for over 40 years (especially in curriculum and administration) mainly at a senior secondary level. He also has had an extensive involvement in international education and career development. He has held systems positions in the Tasmanian Department of Education in International Education and Career Development. He combined both of these interests together, to complete a PHD titled International Education - Career Paths in Science and Engineering (2006) at Curtin University.

- Christian Ellston is an innovator, educator and sports industry professional who helps organisations leverage the power of partnerships and innovation to find unique solutions to complex problems by identifying a nexus between isolated 'specialist' spheres. Before establishing Career Athlete, Christian spent 10 years in higher education as an educator and Career Advisor.
