Keynote: What should we reject from the 'old normal' in our transition to the 'new normal' in career development?

The topic of this Conference invites us to have a fresh look at the practice of career development in the context of the 'new normal'. The aim of this keynote is to start such an exploration from something that has always been central to our working life, but often forgotten in its busyness. The changes forced by the 'new normal' has shaken some of the old patterns of our life and brought to the surface things that are now more meaningful.

She introduces a model of relationships between the key concepts at the foundation of career development that she sees as challenging some of the outdated beliefs that we might hold as practitioners. The purpose of this talk will be to disrupt the 'old normal' view on things in order to make sure that we not only refresh our tools and techniques but also develop ourselves and our own thinking.
