This interactive PD Webinar is designed to keep Career Development Practitioners abreast of changes occurring within organisations in the field of talent management and career planning. We discuss the insights and learning from a panel of 3 guest speakers working in HR, Diversity and Outplacement to discuss ways their organisations are focused on talent management and career development for the future and, more importantly reflect on the opportunity the future presents to career practitioners. During the webinar participants will have the opportunity to respond to 3 critical questions:

  • What is the link between career planning and talent management?
  • What will this mean for me?
  • What are the next steps I will take regarding this?

This presentation will address the specific CDAA competencies of Career Development Theory, Labour Market, Information and Resource Management and Professional Practice.
