Richard Knowdell Three Day Workshop

20/04/2009 - 9:00am
22/04/2009 - 4:30pm
Venue:
ACER, 19 Prospect Hill Rd, Camberwell, Victoria

ACER HR is pleased to present two workshops with Richard Knowdell, MS, NCC, NCCC, CCMF, Executive Director of The Career Planning and Adult Development Network and author of the popular Knowdell Card Sorts.

As career counsellors and coaches, we are called upon to assist our clients in making successful short-term job transitions and long term career transitions. Often, these transitions are unwelcome and unplanned. In order to help our clients be successful, we need a simple but comprehensive framework for the transition as well as specific counselling and coaching skills that we can use to facilitate, guide and encourage our clients to reach success.
Each participant who successfully completes the three day workshop will receive a certification as a Job & Career Transition Coach from the Career Development Network which has trained and certified over 4,000 coaches from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, South America and New Zealand.
