ACER HR is pleased to present two workshops with Richard Knowdell, MS, NCC, NCCC, CCMF, Executive Director of The Career Planning and Adult Development Network and author of the popular Knowdell Card Sorts.

Card Sort assessment instruments are inexpensive, user-friendly and effective when working with adults considering or experiencing job or career transition. In this fast-paced workshop, Dick Knowdell will introduce and demonstrate the following card sort assessment instruments:

• Career Values Card Sort
• Motivated Skills Card Sort
• Occupational Interests Card Sort
• Leisure/Retirement Card Sort

Each participant will experience taking each of the assessments and participate in group interpretation sessions. The workshop will conclude with each participant incorporating the card sort assessment results into the Career Development and Job Search Profile. Each participant will receive copies of the four card sorts and career profile to use with their clients.
