Greg Smith | NSW State Manager | Lee Hecht Harrison
After working in the Financial Services industry for over 10 years as a Human Resource professional Greg moved into the career management arena, where he has accumulated over 13 years of experience as a career management consultant and leader, working with executive, senior and middle management, and white and blue collar workers.
Greg’s current role is to lead the NSW team of Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH), which specialises in supporting organisations and their people to have "career conversations", especially during times of organisational and / or personal change. LHH is the global talent development leader in connecting people to jobs through innovative career transition services and helping individuals improve performance through career and leadership development.
Greg has assisted managers across a range of industry sectors to manage the career development issues of their staff, allowing these organisations to effectively implement their talent attraction and management strategies. This has included developing managers to keep employees engaged and productive during periods of change.
Tracy Redwood | Human Resources Consultant | Zurich Financial Services
Tracy has 13 years experience in HR in the FMCG & Financial Services industries. She has held various roles within the HR field including Generalist, Recruitment & Learning & Development specialist.
Tracy's current role is Human Resources Consultant at Zurich Financial Services, where she works with managers and staff on a regular basis to provide advice on the management of their careers.
She has been an advocate in evolving the HR function to improve career advisory services and in both her previous role of L&D Consultant and her current role, she is actively involved in talent management initiatives across her business areas.
Catherine McNair | Head of Diversity | Mallesons Stephen Jaques
Catherine McNair joined Mallesons as Head of Diversity in 2007. During this time the firm has continued to build on the outworkings from the Gender Strategy Committee and in 2009 saw the establishment of the Mallesons Diversity Council.
Prior to joining Mallesons, Catherine held various HR management roles at Minter Ellison Lawyers, Andersons and Tech Pacific Australia.
