Engagement or lack of is often a major driver for clients to approach career counsellors – yet it is critical to ensure that individuals understand their influence over their own engagement as well as the difference between disengagement from the work or the employer. This 2 hour PD will walk you through some tools and techniques to encourage clients to accept responsibility for their career and engagement levels, as well as a selection of proven techniques to effect sustainable change.
