Miles Morgan Award for Excellence in Career Development

2009 Award winner: 

This award seeks to encourage, promote and recognise the work of career development practitioners working in a community-based organisation, a Registered Training Organisation or in private practice.

Nominees are required to demonstrate the extent to which they have:

• Applied innovative and effective career development practices.
• Exerted a positive influence on the learning and work outcomes of their clients
• Inspired clients to manage their own careers.
• Demonstrated their capacity to meet the career development needs of a diverse range of clients.
• Increased awareness of the importance of career development services.
