Associate Membership with the CDAA is available to practitioners holding a Certificate IV endorsed by CICA; or meet the requirements of the alternative pathway to Associate Membership. One off $48 joining fee + $208.00pa

To maintain the integrity and ethical standards of the Association and those require of its practising members we would appreciate your cooperation in providing the following information. In response to the following questions, please mark either Yes or No
