Federal Budget 2015 Youth Employment Strategy Welcomed by Career Development Association of Australia
The Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) has welcomed the $330 million package to support unemployed youth announced during last night’s Federal Budget 2015.
“Given youth accounted for almost 30% of the long-term unemployment pool in February 2015 – up from 22.6% in September 2008 – the Government has rightly recognised this as an area requiring significant focus”, said Greg Parker, National Manager of CDAA.
