CDAA

Leading, Building, Growing

The Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) is Australia's largest and only cross-sectoral association of career development professionals. Our members work in a diverse range of roles, delivering services in industry, government, education, employment programs and community organisations. CDAA members are dedicated to helping people manage their careers, make occupational and study decisions, plan career transitions and find career information. They also work with organisations to support career and workforce development.

CDAA is committed to the Professional Standards for Australian Career Development Practitioners. All Associate, Professional, Fellow and Life members are assessed to ensure the requirements of qualified career professionals are evidenced. All CDAA members are bound by the Association’s Code of Ethics.

You can be confident that when you encounter a member using the CDAA Professional, Fellow or Life branding, you will be receiving highly qualified and up-to-date advice.

CDAA also offers a number of supportive categories of membership (Subscription or Corporate) to organisations that demonstrate commitment to the ethos of career development. To discover more about the benefits of CDAA membership, please visit the 'Become a Member' page.
